General Questions
At our laundromat we utilize the Arti-Clean Ozone laundry system. Ozone cleans your laundry without the use of harsh chemicals, and it kills up to 99% of viruses, bacteria and mold.
We are open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily.
No, we do not offer dry cleaning services at this time.
Yes, you can. Provide us with your favorite detergent and we will launder your clothes with that.
Our washers and dryers take cash, credit cards, debit cards, ApplePay, Google Pay.
Our drop off wash and fold service can be paid for with cash or credit/ debit card.
Laundry pickup and delivery service must be paid for with a credit or debit card.
Laundromat Questions
Our laundromat is fully attended so there is always a helpful employee on hand to answer questions or offer you assistance.
We have machines that range in size from 20 pounds to an incredible 100 pounds! Our dryers range from 30 pounds to 75 pounds.
Each 10-12 pounds equals approximately one standard load of laundry. Our smallest, 20 lb. machines equal 1 load while our 100 lb. machines can handle approximately 10 loads of laundry at one time.
Different machine sizes let you easily sort colors in our smaller washers while avoiding extra time and expense. Our large-capacity machines allow you to wash more at once, helping you save both time and money. Instead of spending your entire day off doing laundry, you can get more done in just a couple of hours.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime during store hours, 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
We use PowerPax laundry detergent, or a free & clear detergent upon request. And we use dryer sheets in the dryer. If you prefer, you can provide your own detergent, and we will wash your clothes in that.
There is a 10-pound minimum for wash and fold orders.
Your clean laundry will be ready for you to pick up in 24 hours or less.
Rest assured, we never wash your laundry with anyone else's. We know that it could lead to mix ups and cross contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
You can schedule your pickup and delivery service Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
There is a 20-pound minimum for our pickup and delivery services.
Your clean, neatly folded laundry will be returned to you in 24 hours during the week. Any orders picked up on Friday will be returned to you on Monday.
It is easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
You do not. Just let us know in the "Driver's Notes" where you will be leaving your laundry so our driver knows where to find it. Make sure that it is a secure location. Gallatin Pike Coin Laundry is not responsible for stolen laundry.
When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled "Preferences" where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with every laundry service. Additionally, there's a "Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.
You do not. You can cancel at any time, but we are confident that you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with excellent service.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a sturdy trash bag that can be cinched closed so no laundry will spill out.
If you are a recurring customer and you are going out of town, you can log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
We recommend unbagging your items ASAP. This is especially important for duvets and down comforters. Due to humid temps and the goose feathers, it can be difficult to completely dry large bedding. There is always the possibility they may need more time to air dry at home.
Yes, we cannot accept items that are soiled from:
- Bodily fluids of a human or pet; tar; black mold; bedbugs or hazardous chemicals
- We do not launder leather or items that require dry cleaning only.
